Refunds and Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on items bought from inventory so please read inventory listings carefully and check the size chart before your purchase.  If you place a MTO and wish to change that order after placing it, contact us via our contact form or through our email.  We may be able to alter MTOs up until the point that your product is made, once the toy has been poured we do not have the ability to change it.  If you wish for us to change your MTO before it has been poured there may be additional fees for the changes you request.

When you receive your order it will arrive in a sealed clear bag.  Please inspect your order carefully before opening the bag, opening the bag is acknowledgement that you accept your product as is.  If you notice any defects before you have opened the bag, please email us with pictures or descriptions of those defects.  If they are not part of the normal variation of the toy and were not listed as a “whoops” in the purchase listing of the toy we may either credit you with the amount we would take off for defects that do not inhibit use, or if the toy is unusable we may provide a refund or replace the toy. If your entire package arrived with damage to the outer package that occurred during shipping, please contact USPS for compensation.

Our models are printed or sculpted in house, and we finish and mold them ourselves.  As the models, molds, and toys that are poured are all hand-crafted pieces, there may be small scuffs, surface texture, and imperfections in the product. These are not considered defects.  Some variations can occur during pouring such as larger particles of pigment that appear as a darker spot of color. These are referred to as pigment freckles or specs and are tested during quality control. If they pose no risk to the toy or user they may not be considered a “whoops”. At times a product is made that has air bubbles or nicks that may require extra cleaning and care, but are not severe enough to prohibit enjoyment of the toy.  These will be labeled as “whoops” in inventory with a description of the imperfection and a discounted price.

We do not offer discounts or refunds for color on inventory toys. We do our best to capture the color of toys as accurately as possible in the listing pictures, but color may be affected by lighting, background, monitor settings, and perception, so a toy may look slightly different in color than it does in a listing. If you believe a toy does not match the listing pictures and you received the incorrect toy, please contact us and we may be able to exchange it if it is still in the sealed bag. When creating a MTO, we will make every effort to match the colors you choose, but color may vary from how it appears on screen or between batches of the same pigment.  Color may also vary from the swatch based on pour style chosen, for example fades are generally pigmented lighter than marbles and may be less saturated despite using the same pigment.  Drop pours may not match previous pours regardless of name. We don’t usually have a set recipe for drop pours or may reuse names for different pours over time. If you still feel a mistake has been made in the colors of your toy, please contact us and provide pictures of the problem so that we may see how we can help remedy it.
